Colin Hodgson - Edenred - Engaging Employee ProgrammesColin has worked within the Incentive and Motivation industry for over 15 years in client facing roles from national account manager to his current role as sales director.

Developing close working relationships, Colin has provided proactive and insightful support and guidance to public and private sector companies looking to develop new, or evolve existing employee incentive programmes, ranging from long service awards to recognition, from suggestion schemes to sales / service incentives.

With a wealth of experience in designing integrated online solutions, incorporating comprehensive communication plans within a structured reward framework, Colin has helped companies realise return on investment (ROI) whilst maximising employee engagement.

Colin completed the Motivation Diploma in 2005 and now supports the Institute of Promotional Marketing with contributions to course content, whilst marking candidates’ responses each year.
