This week we would like to introduce Bruce Sayers from Bruce Sayers Associates Ltd, who will be another great keynote speakers at our anuual ideasUK Conference in November.

Bruce SayersOwner of Bruce Sayers Associates Limited, a consultancy providing expertise to organisations that wish to implement technology in support of new reward policies and procedures. He has gained expertise designing and implementing business enhancing policies covering pay, benefits and recognition programmes whilst working within national and multi-national businesses within the financial services, property retail, telecommunications and logistics sectors.

Bruce has worked for a number of blue chip companies including RSA Insurance, National Grid and DHL with employee bases ranging from 700 to 13000. Bruce implemented award winning programmes which, amongst other behaviours, recognised innovation and continuous improvement within DHL Express.

This presentation will cover all of the key components for a successful employee reward and recognition programme, including planning, technology, implementation, communication, media, recognition and reward.
